Founded in 1985 by David Leve, Telstar Maintenance was a property management firm whose scope of work included landscaping, parking lot sweeping, painting, seal-coating, striping and several other types of general building and property maintenance. As the number of companies using Telstar's services grew, so did their requests for specialized services in the industrial machinery and equipment repair.
